Player support

Help with Arclight.

Include your player ID, app version, device model, and a description of the issue. Never send a password, sign-in token, payment card number, or identity document.

Report or block a player

Open the player from the leaderboard, match results, or rivalry history, then choose Report or Block. Reports do not notify the reported player.

Account deletion

Request deletion here, or use Settings & Privacy in the app.
