What gets deleted
Your Arclight account, profile, purchase entitlements, progress, blocks, and join tickets are deleted. Match records and safety reports lose their account link. Google and Apple retain their own payment records under their policies. Purchases are not automatically refunded.
Played without linking an account?
Use Settings & Privacy → Delete my account and data on the device where you played. If you cannot access that device, contact support. We must verify ownership before deleting an account.
